The Landing Page Builder Built for Agencies That Build Fast.
How we built Flow — a video-first landing page builder that gets a conversion-optimized page live in under an hour, with no designer or developer required.

The Problem
Most landing page builders were built for marketers who think in text blocks and image carousels. For agencies and founders who lead with video — product demos, founder stories, client testimonials — the tools force video into a supporting role instead of making it the conversion engine.
The alternative was custom development: expensive, slow, and overkill for a campaign page that needs to be live this week and iterated next week.
What We Built
Flow is a video-first landing page builder that treats the video embed as the primary design element — not an afterthought. Page layouts are built around the video placement, with conversion elements structured to support the viewing experience rather than compete with it.
Pages are live in under an hour. No designer needed. No developer needed. The builder handles responsive layout, load performance, and embed compatibility across YouTube, Vimeo, and direct video sources automatically.
“Every landing page builder optimizes for text and images. Flow optimizes for the moment someone decides to trust you — and that moment is almost always a video.”
The System Architecture
Next.js application on Vercel with Supabase for page data and user authentication. Video embed engine supporting YouTube, Vimeo, and direct sources with automatic responsive sizing. Custom CMS for headline, copy, and CTA management. Page analytics built in. White-label ready for agency deployment.
The Results
A live product used internally at Automaton for client campaign pages and available to agencies and founders who need conversion-optimized pages without the overhead of a full web build.
Flow has also become a proof of concept for a broader thesis: that the tools agencies use should be built by people who use them, not by software companies trying to serve everyone.
