The revenue engine that runs while you sleep.
How we built an autonomous outreach system that identifies law firms invisible to AI, delivers personalized scorecards, and converts cold prospects into paying clients — with minimal human involvement.

The Problem
Most law firms have no idea whether AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI even know they exist. When a potential client asks an AI for a recommendation, the firm that shows up wins the case. The one that doesn't — loses it without ever knowing.
Manual outreach at scale is expensive, inconsistent, and slow. Hiring a sales team to research, personalize, and follow up with hundreds of firms isn't feasible for a boutique agency running lean.
What We Built
We built Automa-Funnel: an autonomous revenue engine that researches estate planning law firms, generates a personalized AI Visibility Scorecard for each one, and delivers it via cold email outreach — all without a human touching each step.
The free scorecard shows each firm exactly where they're invisible to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. The paid report ($149/$299) delivers the full diagnosis and fix list. The system handles research, personalization, outreach, follow-up, and optimization on its own.
“We built the system we wish existed when we were trying to grow. Now it grows for us.”
The System Architecture
Prospect data sourced from Apollo (200-400 firms, AZ + TX pilot). Outreach runs via email with LinkedIn as a human-touch supplement. Each scorecard is generated by Claude via a custom intake flow on automatonagency.com/ai-visibility. GTM + GA4 track every funnel stage: scorecard_view, cta_click, checkout_start, scorecard_requested. Retargeting via AdKit. All hosted on automatonagency.com.
The Results
Launched with 32 researched estate planning firms in HubSpot. Funnel events live and tracked in GA4 from day one — every scorecard view, CTA click, and checkout start is measurable.
Target: $700/mo+ revenue on a $350/mo budget. The system is designed to scale to 200-400 firms without adding headcount. Next expansion targets: accounting firms and wealth management companies — any high-trust professional service where AI visibility directly impacts client acquisition.
